FREE MAMMOGRAM SCREENING

Come by the clinic at Twenty 12th Ave NW, Ardmore to apply for your free mammogram screening.  The screenings are available to income-eligible women ages 35-65 who do not have access to health insurance or receive health care through a government sponsored program.  Please bring proof of income on one of the following application dates:

• Wednesday, April 10th from 9am to 1pm
• Thursday, April 11th from 2pm-6pm
• Wednesday, April 17th from 2pm-6pm
• Thursday, April 18th from 9am-1pm
